Our Team
Creative, energetic, and outgoing, CASA’s multi-talented staff is devoted to providing your child with an exceptional summer experience. Artists and performers, early childhood specialists, and teachers – each team member has been chosen for their unique insight, understanding, and a winning way with young people. Our very low 8:1 student/teacher ratio ensures individual attention.
For CASA 2023, we have one teacher and an assistant per class. All teachers are CPR, and First Aid trained.
Counselors In Training (CIT) Program
The Counselor In Training program is a paid work internship program for rising 9th-12th grade students. CITs are CASA’s youngest counselors who assist in all of our daily duties. The program is a wonderful opportunity for students to gain work experience, make new friends, and explore their creative interests! CITS are able to work in both our Young Creators and Creative Little Kids programs. All students under 18 seeking employment must provide a completed D.C. work permit. If you are interested in becoming a CIT for CASA 2023, please send an email to casa@sheridanschool.org.
