Counselor In Training Program

The Counselor In Training (CIT) program is a paid work internship for high school students looking for an opportunity to explore their creative interests while gaining valuable work experience (and making new friends). As CASA’s youngest counselors, CITs assist in all of daily duties and are able to work in both our Young Creators and Creative Little Kids programs. All students under the age of 18 seeking employment must provide a completed D.C. work permit.

Applications for CIT positions are now closed.
